Paddleboarding for Beginners & SUP Yoga

We're excited to welcome back our Beginners Paddleboarding, and SUP Yoga lessons with Paddleboarding London. 

Paddleboarding is a brilliant way to stay active and to meet new friends, as well as allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and warmer weather.

Never paddleboarded before?  Not to worry.  One of the best things about paddleboarding is its low barrier to entry and versatility. The team from Paddleboarding London will take great care of you!  

The Beginner Paddleboarding lessons include a friendly, relaxed paced paddle designed to teach you the basics of how to paddleboard and how to stay safe on the board. These sessions are best for: first timers, and those looking for a beautifully scenic SUP.

SUP Yoga is a slightly more challenging class (although still accessible to all!) that refines the meaning of flow yoga.  You’ll move mindfully, learning about balance and stability in a way that is only possible on a paddleboard.  These sessions are best for: Adventure yogis, newbies are of course welcome.
